Tommy has a very sound swing and is a very good competitor if his putter gets warm he’s in the shake up but equally important he is a genuine down to earth decent human being with no temper tantrums or foul language unlike a number of his peers good luck in the Open which is in your home county this year, I’m sure he would be a very very popular champion and a justly deserved one at that, good luck Tommy.

Just noticed how often he grips down - tried it yesterday with astonishing results. Far better through impact and very little, if any, loss of distance. Try it.

I couldn't help noticing that FoxSports is not covering this year's Open, and it shows. The audio is low and there's a constant hum coming from somewhere in their feed, and the commentators are also inferior compared to the last few years. Everything. FoxSports did an absolutely fantastic job in the past. Go back to Fox.

This is a US Open course? Two 62s and another player with Two 63s, The USGA lost their Stones.

Worst US open I've ever seen. 67 should be the best round of the week in US Open. USGA has gone soft.

Chokey Chokilroy choked again. Missed a 3 foot putt on that par 5. Would have been a playoff otherwise. Chokey Chokilroy.
