Wildfire devastates Jasper, Alberta, Canada

25,000 people have been evacuated from the town of Jasper in Alberta.

I'm so sad to know about this. I just visited this part of Jasper National Park one week prior to the fire, it was beautiful and I felt blessed to see such wonderful nature. The tour guide told us that those trees are more than 400 years old. I wish for the rain to come :(

My friend was one of them. Shes safe at her moms. But shes pretty sad. She got word that she lost her home. You cant live in jasper unless you work there or are a dependent or spouse of someone who lives there.

It doesn't matter, the most important thing is that Canadians have given up their human identity. In Canada, you could see signs like: "Do you know what the best reward for your child is? To not have another child!" This is just a small thing that will affect humanity.

Any 'Fires' accidently saw cars in half like those in Cali? If so watch out for those they are 'special fires' lol

Maybe if the conservatives that run Alberta didn't gut its firefighting capabilities since 2019 by 30 million this wouldn't be so bad. A tale as old as time: Conservatives make cuts to emergency services than need federal aid and/or help from other provinces.
