How to export and Import Custom Content Types (CCT) without any plugins

I know there are a number of plugins that enables you to export and import custom post types (CPT), but there is no plugin for CCT that I know of.
In this video, I am showing you how to export and import custom content types (CCT) from an SQL file. So, you don't need any plugins, and it doesn't cost you a penny.
