I got my 1st APR tune in 2005 on my 1.8t Passat. Drove from NY to CT to get it flashed. Got pulled over on the way home after my 1st WOP hitting >100mph. Cop said: "Well, i guess the tune worked"

The TCU though is a must imo on the CS or R

I have a 2022 VW Arteon with a Stage 1 APR tune (APR Intake). I've had it since June, and I'm very happy with the performance. I dynoed my car on November 11th and achieved 393 lb-ft of torque and 362 horsepower to the wheels. Unfortunately, at the time of the dyno, we didn't have the TCU flashed; only the ECU was flashed fully, because we did stock run. I plan to go back for another run. I'm really pleased with the results—what I paid for this upgrade has definitely brought me a lot of joy. If anyone is interested in hearing how the Arteon sounds, I have a couple of clips available on my account.

I have 2017 GTI with APR stage 1 low torque tune and APR throttle controller. Car ia a beast. Basically no stock cars can run against it. 450HP AWD will run against tuned cars. But with bad economy no one have fun cars to run against anymore

Nice looking exhaust - very OEM+.
I've got an 8.5 on order and want to keep it very OEM+ - I'll look to you guys for a few little upgrades like intake, exhaust and tune. Not sure about lowering springs as I really don't want a compromised ride.
Also glad to see it looks like the TCU tune is out for the 8. Hopefully there will be no issues with the 8.5...
