Hey Clairo! I’m a 27 year old organic farmer out in rural Quebec. You probably won’t see this but I felt compelled to write this because I have been listening to your album basically everyday. As I try to figure out what has drawn me to it so strongly, I can say that the earnestness of your lyrics and the themes they approach hit a nerve with me. I also really enjoy the riffs and the musical exploration you undertook with Jack Antonoff. As I said, I am just a farmer but your work has really inspired me on my own creative journey. All I can say now is, I see you and deeply appreciate your work, and I feel seen by your work, and that’s basically what music is about. Thanks a whole lot, and Cheers!

I just want to say that last summer i was becoming suicidal and clairo's music really helped me cope with my anxiety and depression. Dear lord she saved my life she is such an amazing person and deserves way more credit and attention than she gets. Just finished listening to the album and I feel relaxed, but at the same time sentimental and emotionally stepped on. The lyrics seems so real, and quite saddening while the instruments in the back give this reassuring feeling to the words she sang. It's just so good I can't even properly describe it. Honestly it's really a great piece of art, if someone can cause such reaction to a listener, wOw.

Didn’t much care for Clairo outside of one or two songs, and to be honest, I didn’t think I’d care about this record at all. But i’m really happy I didn’t let it slip by.

This is such a beautifully written and arranged record. From production to songwriting and lyricism, this is killer. I hope Claire continues explore this sound.
