Sam, I think it's about time that you get rid of the stringy, blonde hair and maybe dye it your natural color (or a darker color you like) and chop off a few inches. Maybe add some layers to it. You'll look so much better that way and a lot more mature (considering you're 25 years old).

For the people saying her hair isn't damaged... it is. It's not horrible to where she needs to cut it off but it is damaged. You can't continuously dye/put heat on it and it not be a little bit damaged. It's "healthy" compared to most people who dye their hair the same amount as her.
