The narcissist wants to steal all of your resources. The narcissist will give you absolutely nothing but dashed dreams, broken hopes, and a life of misery. The narcissist has no substance or core to them. They wanted to steal your beautiful bright shining light. Sending positive energy and love.

Andrew, your channel makes me think about everything I do now when it comes to people and their motives. I have a neighbour two doors down who says he likes me, but I’m not sure about him even on a friendship level as I keep to myself usually, preferring acquaintances when I’m out and about. That way I can engage and disengage and be on my merry way. I’m so done with superficial people with their wants and needs. I keep thinking body intelligence knows what to do as I’ve so often neglected that part of me to my detriment. This time I’m listening to my body when my mind goes on vacation or in a void. Thinking about your channel again, has become clear to me that I need to slow down and that I haven’t healed yet as I am still ruminating about my past relationship. Not comparing, ruminating. I can still hear his voice after no contact for 10 weeks now. No contact and time heals if you apply the research, Andrew, tools, being in the present moment and coming back to yourself. I’m feeling more out of loop, which is a good thing when you are not with a narcissist. Again, I feel blessed to have stumbled across your channel. It has literally saved my mental and physical health. Namaste ❤

I have been healing and recovering from a 38yr narc "friendship". After 4 years of processing, learning and lots of internal work I can finally say I've finally become my own best friend.
