Sale of Star Advertiser's parent company, Black Press Media, finalized

The sale of Black Press Media, the parent company of the Star Advertiser, has been finalized amidst ongoing restructuring efforts since the beginning of the year. Carpenter Media Group, which owns numerous newspapers and media outlets across Western Canada, Washington, and Hawaii, will now oversee the merged companies.
