Knavigating from the Annual Black Male Educators Convening” This week ICWC travels to Philadelphia for the annual gathering of thousands of African educators, the culmination of a week of reflection, celebration and recommitment marked in mid-week by the 45th Charles Henry Thompson Lecture event at the Historic Myrtilla Miner Hall in Washington DC. Being an Ole Head it's marvelous to listen to Dr.Carr speak about history, my history living with these individual in the news and the neighborhood. The years we've lived through adversity & knowing the threat is astounding, but as Melissa Harris Perry's father said The struggle continues.

Thank you, Prof. Hunter and Dr. Carr, for this very inspiring ICWC Ep. #246.
The ancestral history you share ALWAYS has a profound effect on us as there's new information about these ancestors that we didn't even know existed.
Thank you so very much for caring and sharing!!

🦋❤️📚🎶”WHEN WE LEARN WE!” By Kwabena C. Cegullah III

How will we with an honest ❤️,
Learn we,
By being in synergy with TRUTH that, Makes US free!

We must make sure that the floors of our Institutions are sound,
With our Anointed heads in Heaven with,
Our feet,
Flat on the ground!

We must continue to “LIFT EVERY VOICE AND SING”,
No matter what this unsunny system may bring!

Let US keep in mind, That we are,
THE EPITOME LEAGUE,
Heavenly up to par!

Yes sweet victorious yes we are, Intimately knowing we,
As we become the embodiment of truth, That makes US,
Truly Free!

Peace.

2bcontinued.🎶🦋❤️

@Tan T in the chat, I agree with you on your "Trojan Horse" thought on a satellite over Africa. We can't ever underestimate "him" and/or his motives.

It would be interesting to see the impact on the sales of books he mentions. Their sales before he mentioned them and then the sales after. One love.

Thank you for your comments on Teach for America. The organizations sounds good but has not been good for public education.
