Such a beautiful adaption. Life is Strange will always be one of my favorite games of all time, and I first played it during a very difficult part of my life, and this song always make me reflect on the past, the good and the bad, and it helps me look forward to a brighter tomorrow. Thanks for doing justice to this song!

A while ago a very close friend shared the original Obstacles with me, and we bonded over it. He's how I found Life is Strange to begin with (and subsequently, you). I felt truly close, and i can't help but think of him when I think about LiS too long. I don't know if he's even alive, considering he was pretty suicidal. But I always knew inside he'd be okay. He helped me be okay when I wasn't. It's been about two years since I've talked to him and I still feel like he's right here next to me, even though we only ever met and talked online.

When I hear the intro to Obstacles, I legitimately tear up every time. But I know I must move on, because when I imagine him walking away, his face turned away and fading from my memory: I can breathe. I can live. I can cope with loss, no matter what it is.

Koethe is something else, man. There's more amazing and genuine-sounding stuff all the time and admittedly, I listen to the songs a bit too much. You keep be walking, K. Your music makes me embrace the bitter cold sadness and obliviousness of life; and turn it into the most beautiful thing I could ever hope to imagine.
