Hi Coach D, wanted to ask is there a step by step guide to executing the 'get skinny' move? Or is it as simple as just imitating the move visually?

Not likely you will read this but I play running back and when the Qb hands it off to me I can’t run no we’re I just get attacked by the other team and get my flag pulled any tips or something I can do
