Great video!!! THIS IS THE SECRET TO LIFE! Key to success! Everything!!! This bank account he speaks of can also be thought of as time. Because if you watch or listen to negative things, that has taken time away from your day which makes an impact on your thoughts and emotions. It adds up by the end of a week. I'm quite proactive in being selective of what I "take in" for the day. You should be too! (Everyone) it transforms your life!

I really wish this video could be shown to everyone of all ages/genders/races/religions/etc, to help relieve the incredible hatred and anger that's dividing our world. Rather than trying to control that which is external to ourselves (via regulations on speech, practices, etc.) what we really need to do is learn to control what is internal, within our own control. For me, personally, I find that if I am emotionally hurt by what someone says or does, it's because I am not fully comfortable with some part of myself, and therefore am not unconditionally in love with who I am at this moment. That's why it's imperative that we learn to accept who we are on your own terms, rather than allow the outside world to define our own personal worth. Then, no words can harm us, as they will be rendered powerless over our own tranquil minds.
