A 23-year-old and a 16-year-old were arrested in connection with a March 13 homicide in Tacoma where a woman was found dead inside a vehicle.

Ill tell you one thing… You would not want to live in Tacoma unless you love living on high alert. I moved up there from LA to see if it would be a place to consider for raising a future family. Not even a month there and i had my car broken into. 3 months later, my car had been all vandalized for unknown reasons. The last incident i had was someone road raging on me and i didnt even know what i was doing, when i had been driving next to the guy for miles

Sure enough came back to LA and couldnt be any happier than i am now. Its expensive to live in, but never in my life had i dealt with anything i was put through in Tacoma.
