Matador Turn vs Kage? I totally go for Matador Flip/Cosmic Smart. This machup looks like hell for Kage, Vega's neutral is too good, plus his range and kill pressure with VT1.

in a game where stubby normals are standard i never understood why vega isnt tiered with chun. he can just whittle you down with buttons and a lot of characters will struggle against it.
