Whale Watching With A TODDLER | British Family In Australia

We are a British family in Australia going whale watching with a toddler. Join us whale watching, whale spotting looking for humpback whales in Brisbane Australia. On this Brisbane day trip we see humpback whale breaching and humpback whale jumping out of water. This was an amazing Queenland day out Australia whale watching. I am so happy that you were able to experience this especially with your daughter. Australia has so much to see and do and sharing the experiences with your children is an added bonus. Travel is the best education. I am happy that you avoided the "chunder down under" experience but it will get you eventually. Have you experienced any special moments as a teacher when out and about on school excursions? I ask this because I took a class of 20 year 6 students from Western Sydney on their first ever visit to Sydney Harbour and their first ferry ride. I was overwhelmed by the sheer wonder and joy that they were experiencing. This was way back in the 70's but I will never forget it.

Looks like a fun day out. Sure it's a bit of an outlay but it's also a lifetime experience that want to fully enjoy, so to my tips. Moreton Bay is fairly shallow and gets choppy. If in any doubt take a travel sickness pill before getting onboard. Feeling comfortable is essential to enjoying time on a boat. Tip about wearing shoes, not thongs/flipflops is a good one, and you want footwear with grip. 'Slip, slop, slap' also goes without saying. I like your attitude to experiencing the region and making like the Queenslanders do. Keep on having fun!

Love whale watching, they feel very majestic when up close and you realise how insignificant you are with their size.. Yet to do the Redcliffe one though. Awesome video guys.

Subscribing, your daughter is so adorable and funny.. sandpit equals beach. Reminds me of the funny stuff my daughter used to come up with when young. It may be unusual but my daughter who's an adult now, she still remembers things we did when she was 2 and a half years old and actually remembers better than I do.

The first reviewer gave the whale watching trip 1 star. The reason? The trip was cancelled three times because of the weather. OK, blame the weather, not the operator. If the trip had gone ahead in bad weather and everybody got seasick, blame the operator.
