1. Validate deliverables
2. Update PMP
3. Update Lessons learnt
4. Update Risk Register

Hi If the customer asks for some new requirements/refinements / enhancements to the end result, product or service during the CLOSURE phase of the project, then do we Straightaway reject that request OR we route it through the CCB after doing the impact analysis ?
