Some teams just don't seem to know how to develop a young QB. Jets, Bears, Titans, Rams, the list could go on. But a special shout out to the Arizona Cardinals, who first drafted Josh Rosen, and the next year drafted Kyle Murray, It doesn't matter all that much as to where a guy was drafted. Are they in the right organization? Do they have the drive to succeed, and improve themselves, and push themselves to be better than their talent indicates? If your draft choice is privileged; has a soft attitude because of that, and deflects all blame onto others, there is going to be a problem. This is the difference between Jalen Hurts and Zach Wilson. The former is a grinder with a chip on his shoulder; the other, a floater born with that proverbial silver spoon in his mouth.

As much as I wanted Zach to be our future at the beginning of the season, I seen more out of Mike to change my mind. I just fear that Zach plays ok to average through the stretch and is labeled our starter again and Mike signs with someone else and now we stuck with lackluster QB play for next season.
