Protecting intellectual property should be a key part of any business strategy for China. Join David Bennett, IP Australia’s former IP Counsellor to China, and Emily Ma, Austrade's Shanghai Landing Pad Manager, for a webinar on what you can do to protect your IP in China. This webinar is suitable for Australians doing business with China, as well as Australian business and legal advisors.

David Bennett was IP Australia’s first Intellectual Property Counsellor to China, based at the Australian Embassy, Beijing. The IP Counsellor to China is a position designed to help Australians to protect their intellectual property in China, in particular by providing information and guidance on the realities of IP registration and enforcement.

Emily Ma commenced as Landing Pad Manager in Shanghai in October 2018. Prior to that she supported Austrade's activities in North Asia. Emily hails from a background in corporate innovation at Trilogy, having helped the company to establish its R&D centre in Hangzhou and managing its incubator program.
