Let's just cut the whole thing off by finally enforcing the tenth ammendment. Nowhere in the constitution was the power to regulate alcohol (since prohibition), tobacco or firearms granted to the federal government. If we followed the laws and framework we already have, it would eliminate most of this nonsense.

It concerns me that the judicial committee hasn't hauled the ATF director back in to testify once more now that the Arkansas SP has finished its investigation.
