You have several options to build an interactive calculator:

1. You can hire a freelancer to build an interactive calculator for you.
2. You can order a calculator from a web studio.
3. You can download a free calculator script and customize it for your own needs.
4. You could use an online calculator builder. This is the easiest and fastest option out there which also allows for a wide range of design and functionality options. And no-coding knowledge is required!

Under the categories, ‘Calculator’ and ‘Custom Price Quotes’ you can find templates that are perfect to use to build an interactive calculator.

So just select one of the templates that match your needs the best and click on ‘Choose’.

In the editor, you can add questions that you want to ask your audience. You can add numbers to the answers so you can use them to calculate a score at the end. To do that, click your question and tick “Individual Scores & Calculations”. Now you type in a number for each answer.

You also want to make sure that the toggle ‘Answer is Required’ is turned on as those are the only questions that are able to be included in your calculator at the end.

If you’re asking an open question, tick ‘Only Accept Numbers’ otherwise the calculator won’t work for this question. You can add any text such as a suffix or a prefix which is how you’d switch from metric to imperial.

You can also ask a question with a slider by simply inputting the lowest and highest value on the slider and whichever number your customers select is the number that will be included in the calculator.

Lastly, it is always good to email-gate the results so you are able to get in touch with your customers after they have received their custom price quote.

You can also send the price quote via email to continue the conversation there.

So, to calculate the final price, you need to drag and drop the calculator element onto the outcome page and then you need to click on ‘Open Formula Builder’ and here is where you can build your formula for your calculator.

You can then decide if you want to embed this calculator on your website and immediately display the results to your users OR if you want to hide the results from the calculator by ticking ‘hide from participants’ and sending the results to them via email. This way they’re more likely to respond to your sales team via email.

Once you’re sure everything works the way you want it to, click Publish. Here’s where you can set up the emails, as well as social sharing options and tracking.

Once published, your calculator will get a link, a short link that you can share anywhere. You can also embed your calculator in your website or you can have people access it through this unique QR code that never expires.

Hi, thank you for the video. I'm a bit disapointed. He took me some time to set up the calculator form to realize that there's no way to calculate differents answers from a same question card... Tell me I'm wrong pls 😅
