Great choice! (As I suggested some while back). Have a Ford Ranger 3.2 2019 Wildtrack and Tischer Trail 230s demountable. Returned March this year after 11 months in USA and Canada and 16500 miles. Such a great trip and the rig didn’t miss a beat, lots of off road, remote locations and boon docking. A couple of pointers, our Ford Ranger is. European, despite being a Ford the 3.2 is not made in the US and there are no spares, take filters and we had break pads flown in. The voltage is different, ended up not using plug in because voltage and hertz different from EU, managed fine with solar and GPL gas. GPL is widely available and one of the EU 4 adapters does fit if the camper unit has refillable bottles. Lots of other tips if required!

I am so confused by your choices. I thought the beautiful van you purchased recently was the way you were going, with comfort and functionality in place. How can you have been so passionate about that one then choose this small vehicle? You talk an enthusiastic talk but flip flop so often in what you want and that is where the confusion comes for your viewers. I really enjoy your vlogs and wish you both happy travels, but do wish you could be more honest about your choices. Also, I thought you wanted a vehicle that would not be an issue due to its height.

Oh dear, this is a mistake, you seem to jump in without stopping and thinking. There's no way this is the one its ok for a weekend but like other comments you're going to be crossing America and Canada you need to consider all situatuons and one of those may be a quick getaway without leaving the van. I'd be concerned if my family were travelling in this

Omg what are you doing? You can't swing a cat in there! One person max, 2 people no chance, well maybe if you sleep all the time you'll be fine, 🫤 poor Janine. Think you guys need to take a break and evaluate. I'm just sat here shaking my head in dismay..😮

Laughing my ass off here. Each and everytime you both get in a loophole of buying a vehicle that strange enough is ' ticking all the boxes' each time. However, none of the vehicles look like each other, nor gives the same experience. How is this even possible.

He must have been a very, very good sales man

Oh no, you have jumped out of the frying pan into the fire with this monstrosity, a weekend maybe but any longer no way, much safer to have access to the cab…..just in case you need a quick getaway 😢

I'm not covinced this is the solution, we have to wait and see how you get on. Like everyone else Im wondering what went wrong with the last van. It looked great.

I have been watching your channel now for sometime and so far each vehicle that you have bought is according to you is the one that you have been looking for, I don't think that you have made the right choice with this one and I think that are trying to convince yourself that this will be the one, I think personally that you do not really know what you want because this is what vehicle number 4 in over these 3 or 4 years on the road, I hope for you and Janine that it all works out for you but I am not convinced.

One thing to consider reguarding safty, if you get into a situation, you can't just jump into the drivers seat and leave there is a definite safety risk to consider.

Without wishing to piss on your fireworks I would question your descion to travel to Lapland .
I live in Finland, its a beautiful country, but until you have lived here you really can't understand how brutal winter is, minus 20 is fuck all . On Friday the overnight temperature in Rovaniemi is predicted to be minus 13 . Also there won't be any, and I mean no daylight at Christmas in Lappi . You will need, by law winter tyres that will set you back about a grand.
Sorry to be a kiljoy .
If you need any help, ot information please don't hesitate to get in touch, I am more than willing to help out .
Me, a Cheshire lad and my Finnish wife deal with a Finnish winter by spending 3 months of it in Asia.

Sorry but the decisions get crazier every time, not sure the small demountable thing is a smart decision for the type of travel you are going to do, but if you are travelling world wide the obvious vehicle choice is a Hilux not a Ranger. A friend had two 3.2s in his business and vowed never again after all the issues he had. In the end the truth is none of these vehicles are the same as US spec vehicles so there is little commonality when travelling in the Americas. Think very carefully about base vehicle choice would be my advice.

Why wouldn't you buy the camper when you got to the USA??

After your past engine problems, I'm surprised that you choose a Ranger that is renowned for engine unreliability ! The box appears to be too small for Liam to stand upright in. The seating area seems to be uncomfortable too ! Good luck to you both though.

Fingers crossed for you both ..You're due some luck 🍀

A bit perplexed tho as you moved out of Frieda as it was too uncomfortable for you to sleep in as the van wasn't wide enough. Then you remove the insulation to squeeze an extra inch of space out of Morgans sleeping area so you can lie down fully ... Fast forward to now and just by seeing Janine lying down on the bed you've gone full circle and won't be able to sleep comfortably again.. Seems a strange decision

Love your enthusiasm, but in all honesty you pair and van living advice is like asking rishe sunak about being poor. just go on a world cruise it would be so much cheaper

If you’re going to be travelling through the Americans, I have no idea why you’re not buying an American or a Canadian vehicle that to me would make more sense than going through the whole rigmarole. I’m having to ship one over to the states
