The Wanderer was originally recorded and released by Dion (post Belmonts) in 1961 on his album Runaround Sue. The song is ranked number 243 on Rolling Stone magazine's list of The 500 Greatest Songs of All Time. In 2015, it was used by Zenimax Media, Inc. in the 2015 "The Wanderer" trailer for the game Fallout 4.
