dont forget, this didnt get through until AFTER the 11% excise tax so we can buy guns more often but we STILL have to wait a minimum of 10 days to pick up our firearms and still pay an addl 11% on it for no other reason

I still don’t understand how you can be thrown in prison by an agency for violating their law, but when same agency violates your constitutional rights there is NO discipline. Not even an apology. Make that make sense.

Serious question: Why can't We The People charge California's corrupt politicians with 18 U.S. Code § 241 - Conspiracy against rights, and 18 U.S. Code § 242 - Deprivation of rights under color of law. Were these laws not written for them? How can a regular person file a complaint? Do we have no other option other than their corrupt court system??

In the oral arguments the state’s attorney mentioned that they wanted the 30 law in place, in part, to reduce straw purchases. Yet, shortly after that when pressed by one of the judges about if someone had two homes and wanted a gun in each home how does their law deal with that? The state’s attorney then said that if someone needed a second gun they could borrow one. Isn’t that akin to a straw purchase and that being the state is therefore advocating for straw purchases?

That lawyer who argued for the state was a bumbling fool, he knew he had no good argument for this law.

One gun a month just won't do. I use mine as boat anchors when I fish. And just above every time I fish, I end up losing my boat anchor. I think one of the invasive species chews through my anchor line! Even the chains! Oh, my! We fishermen need more boat anchors! Not just one a month!

If you haven't seen the oral arguments I recommend watching it. It's so cringe as the CA attorney struggles to articulate his case. Stuttering and failing to directly answer questions
