I just got a job and start Monday after being laid off in the end of September not gonna lie greatly relieved was super worried about the job market. Got something equal to my old job with even better benefits and pay.

The biggest issue is that most manufacturing is being outsourced to other countries. Why? To make more profit and exploit the cheap labor in other countries. You drive around in any US city and see new warehouses popping up everywhere. Not new businesses that create something, nope, just warehouses. We are digging our own grave.

But its more the problem of the fact that the low income has no money for even the basics, reducing spending as much as possible to survive, thereby reducing demand for "luxury" items which reduces the production work required!

The 10 year up 10 basis points on the day and up around 70 basis points since the FED cut the Federal Funds rate lol... at this rate all we need is a two more FED cuts, and mortgage rates will be 10%. The FED has lost control.
