This is neat, but I mostly use Notion as a notebook, for doing research papers, studies, etc. More like a second brain to make connections. I haven't really migrated my tasks to Notion.

The one thing I do struggle with notion is the lack of In-Text Tagging. I just want to type on a blank canvas and put my thoughts down, take notes, etc. But be able to tag content in a way that it appears on the page I'm tagging or creates an entry into a database of my choosing. The relationship and tagging that is available doesn't accomplish this, so what I've done to get around it is create a master database, and have other databases feed into that...with templates setup with views and conditions.
However this setup ignores the fact that when I want to do a study (which is most of the time) and reference chapters/sections in a book, and show that content in that space, but also tag that content to other studies. Or even just type on a blank canvas and tag a line to a study, etc.
I just find it strange that Notion built out this platform with databases as the primary focus, but simple blocks can't be linked through two-way relationship tagging. To me, every page should be its own database, and every line should be linkable, with content on both ends of the link and are editable.
