probably better to showcase the end result without shader on, because most of the time what makes builds look amazing are .... pretty shadow (from shaders), blocks that emite lights like torches (from shaders aswell), and pretty scenery (from shaders too)

so better showcase it without shaders for the 'true look' of basic minecraft.
even you can make dirt house looks so pretty just using shaders plus camera movements for video
