Audit report must be easy to read and understand but not necessarily concise or short summary report. We can issue Non-conformance (NC) report and audit observations or opportunities for improvement and compile all the audit finding evidence into a summary report within 2 to 3 pages depending on the scope of the audit and number of audited areas. we need to classify the audit findings into major or critical NC, minor NC or audit observations. Identify who are the auditee, auditor, management members concern needs to read the audit report and issues found in a report. Auditor must be a good writer and master English writing skills at the highest level.
