Much appreciate this and all of your vids. It never occurred to me to just pull away a bit from the thin material but keep the same 45 degree angle. I've been changing my angle and pointing my gun more toward the thick material and less towards the thin. I'll definitely give your method a try.

Man I really can appreciate how well u explain it. It makes perfect sense now i see it. I have had a little small couple brackets I had to make for my jeep and was having problems.
