It's good idea to check the available VM size in any Zone for our Sub in a specific Azure region by using the script provided by Philip.

How we could check if any VM size is available in particular DC if we are using PPG to force the VM's to single DC to avoid any deployment failure due to unavailability of the VM size in that DC.
