I installed a 28" flat aluminum handle bar on my and put all those lights on front i dont think i will put or use the l ight that come with the RS but im still debating on that issue. I have plenty of bright lights (chargeable and battery pack from Aliexpress/TEMU). i also have the Cygolite 350 lumens on a top of the rear fender.

Putting the Handlebars a little Forward Should give you a little more Space and Help your Arms and wrist to Relax a little More.
