The first person I've ever seen even try to explain this bit of Marks playing. I've adored this for 31 years - this was what made me sit up and listen to Mark when I saw the Live at Wembley video. This will take me several years to work out. I'll stick with love games and hot water- relatively easy! Wonderful video!!

Nice breakdown of the the Chords & whether its wrong or right it at least it lets bassists get there foot in the door & they might be able to do this & take it further with their enterpretation but either way viewers should be thankful for your breakdown...

Great stuff John. There’s little nuggets of Mark’s solos that no one really attempts here on YouTube..you’re an exception. One of Mark’s greatest ever solos (bar the Wembley gig) is the Guaranteed video bass solo…is that one you would attempt?
