IKEA PAX WARDROBE ASSEMBLING UPRIGHT 2017 (PART 3)

How to assemble IKEA pax wardrobe upright. You need to build Pax wardrobe upright if your ceiling clearance is less than 8cm. If you have enough clearance on top of the IKEA PAX wardrobe more than 8cm you can assemble pax wardrobe on the floor check other two options PART 1 and PART 2. If you have enough room on the floor I would suggest PART 1 it is the easiest option.

Great video, thank you, very helpful as I watched each step multiple times whilst making the wardrobe alongside my manual, I trusted yours more as it is clearer.

Took me two hours, female on my own, mostly as I didn’t have an electric drill and adding the top board was heavy so had to rest my arms a few times!

That's exactly the way I assemble my pax in 2010. I tried the other way ikea suggested but it broke in two🤯. So I returned it and build a new one standing up like you.

I followed the instruction from IKEA and the top board fell off due to its weight (ripped the 3 screws off) and made a dent on my wall. It is a lot easier to install the 2 vertical side boards first and install the top because the side boards can stand up by themselves.
