I think it's the advance heavy fighter with level 2 double cannons with maxed out engine that could be the most expensive

is this tank expensive? yeah very expensive
is this the most powerful tank? no it won't last 10min after getting out of factory
in single player i would only make tank around 11IC early game
and in 1940 i switch to 17ic tank
that i consider expensive but when playing major power it not
with stats added to division over 800 soft attack and over 1000 breakthrough(i made division with 13/7 42 width)
it would melt though any enemy division
i don't add armor on because it would also affect the price
i know armor also add breakthrough but
i already have over a thousand breakthrough without adding any armor
and also i don't add speed to my tank
im not good at encircle unit
i can do some of it but i don't want to risk losing my tank division it too expensive
to lost
my tank speed only slightly above infantry
because i like to keep it reliability high
