Dont lose touch with the $10/ hour guy Graham. This is not relatable. "Oh poor rich boy is overpaying for his dream house & may not be able to fund an 18 car garage." Meanwhile 90% of new home i bought the money i used came from *DailyWebEARN* are either being priced out of the market or having to move into a double-wide bc that's all we can afford. $250k is NOT what it used to be, especially when there is NO inventory & ESPECIALLY when the average joe is battling investors that are cash-buying single family homes left and right.

I can imagine a lot of home flipping projects as seen on HGTV go thru similar delays and unexpected price costs with supplies and labor. Thems the breaks. :/

Lol here in new Brunswick canada lumber doubled In price but our lumber yards were stocked to max capacity nobody would buy it

Currently lumber prices are lower than they were back in 2018. Problem is that lumberyards are trying to recoup the cost of their expensive lumber before dropping their prices.
