I was considering buying Bianca, but finally bought Elizabeth. Such a wonderful coffee machine. Realized I don’t need those complications Bianca has since most of the time I make latte or cappuccino. Each day I realise how much delight I get from it. Totally worth the money.

For those interested, the Lelit Bianca V3 dual-boiler espresso machine retails brand-new for $4099.25 plus shipping through their preferred dealer in Canada. At the current exchange rate(Feb 2025), that's USD$2887.33.

If you make an espresso every day for a year, the machine breaks down to CAD$11.23/USD$7.91 per use(not including the cost of your grinder, portafilter, associated gadgetry, or the actual coffee itself).

This is by far better than La Marzocco linea or the mini, so many things on this one. Especially the paddle that controls pressure. The LM paddle is an on and off switch that’s it. Also the height to put a cup AND a scale is great!!!!

But above that, it’s almost, if not more, half the price of the LM

The Lelit Bianca would make a nice back up machine for my Synchronika II. I'd probably give it to a friend though haha. But without an equally good grinder a high-end coffee machine is wasted. So I hope whoever wins this will invest in a very good grinder.

Espresso machines are great, but 9 times out of ten it all comes to personal preference. Once you go over 3200 usd it is all the same. Just small differences

im looking at affordable espresso machine in this price range. Plan on having it in a cafe. The fact you can plumb the machine or use tank in is rather cool. ~ Its actually the only feature noted I never considered. Bravo.
