Fish finder Lowrance Elite 4x hdi explanation in water

A fishfinder is essencial in a kayak or a boat, medium price or expensive one, if you know how to read it is half way to put fish on the bank, footage recorded this morning in Portugal fishing for Zander and Bass

I am still using this fish finder after all these years and still happy with it . I watch it for fish, but mainly use it to protect my motor that is in the pod of my lure 11.5 .
I dont want to move it off the bow of my kayak ., so buy another fishfinder for the downrigger on my kayak .

Hugo,   The images on your Elite look perfect!  I am having trouble getting my settings dialed in for my Lowrance Hook 4x.  Can you share some of the more critical settings you use (sensitivity, ping speed, Chirp level) with me?  Obrigado Amigo.

excellent thanks... where do you drop lure? If transducer is on front of boat do you just drop straigt down or try to envision how far right or left you need to drop it. would love more vids of what that fishfinder can do. tks for sharing. i added you to favorites hope you make in Calif

Alright how do you get it to read so well in the shallow water? I have the elite 4 chirp and there is so much surface fuzz that it blends into the bottom until i get to about 10 or 12 feet then I can see stuff otherwise everything is just one big screen of color but yours works well in what only looks like 5 feet of water.

How can you tell a school from a single fish arch on that unit? Also, why are you getting so much noise at the top? Is this because your transducer is mounted inside the kayak? I have never used a fish finder so thanks for helping out.

What i dont get is the boat is sitting still but the screen is rolling across showing your bait drop and it goes past along with a school of fish so what the
