Quick and Easy (life hack) Rustic Mashed Potatoes

Speedy side dish to make as a side or a bed to serve something on!
life hack!

Recipe

24 ounce bag of potatoes in a microwave bag
2 tablespoons of butter, diced and brought to room temperature (Soften)
1 teaspoon of sea salt
1 teaspoon of cracked black pepper
scissors
spatula
masher
medium (16 cup) mixing bowl
storage/serving bowl

Heat potatoes in the microwave till completed
Add to the mixing bowl
add butter and spices
using the masher, mash the potatoes
remove peel from masher and remove or leave
Using the spatula, fold over till smooth
Add more butter if you would like

Use as a bed for other dishes or serve as a side
