Answer is it's still very difficult, solely depends on your rng, with very good rng you can speedrun and beat ABE in 2-3 Months, but if it's really bad rng you have it might take I don't know how long I'm guessing 6+ Months. By the way this answer that I put up is based on my experience of ABE, so it differs.

I think like cave 10 is when it starts getting a lil hard, and cave 15 or higher is also hard, cave 20 or higher is basically so hard that you will have to take 24 minutes to think of what move you will use next tbh (my opinion)

Personally I loved (when possible) stacking multiple damage over time effects on enemies like vines and the blues' one and have the enemies die over turns, always hilarious.

I fucking DESPISE those zombies, they are the death of me.
