Previously owned a Ridgeline. Highly recommended if you want a comfort rides compared to others. The dual action tailgate and trunk bed storage the best features

The Ridgeline also has the distinction of being the most American-made pickup truck sold in the USA. The naturally aspirated V6, built in bedliner, the trunk, the ability to haul 4 X 8 sheets of plywood and drywall with ease, the swing out tailgate, the smooth ride, comfortable wide interior and Hondas reliability and build quality especially on the Vtech V6 are the main reasons I like the Ridgeline. I owned 2 Rams, one F150 and 2 Bronocs and I like the Ridgeline the best.

That in bed trunk is such a big selling point.

The Ridgeline is by no mean a small vehicle, but I love the fact that the way it drives and handles makes you feel like you're driving a smaller vehicle.

Just bought a Trailsport, and have had it for 4 months now. It's a great truck, it does everything I need it to do, with the most agressive task being hauling my JD 1025r TLB around, which with the steel frame trailer adds up to about max towing at 5000 lbs. But it pulls great. I'm not dissapointed I bought it. If it last for 250, 000 miles with minimum trouble, that would be great.

Thanks for the thorough review of this wonderful vehicle! As you said, it's the truck 98% of the truck owners really need. I don't off-road and don't need heavy hauling, so my '20 RTL-E is perfect for me. I've owned it almost 4 years now and am constantly amazed how much I needed a truck when I only thought I wanted one! 🤣Proud owner.

Great review! I own a 2022 Ridgeline and I love it! I've used it to haul so much including a small travel trailer, two kayaks, and long lumber using a bed extender and it's handled everything extremely well.

If Honda would give the future Ridgeline more of a aggressive appearance, a little more rear seat room, and a bump in HP/torque to be able to tow more, they would have a hot seller for sure. Overall, excellent truck!

I had a 2011 Ridgeline RTL and loved it. It surprisingly started having nit-picky but frequent repair issues around 96, 000 miles and I sold it. In retrospect I should have kept it. I can't believe how much more expensive they are now - my 2013 stickered for around 34k but I bought it for 28k because they weren't selling well in Texas.

Great review! My 2006 Ridgeline RTL at 18 years and 148K miles now needs a new paint job. I'm very tempted by all the new tech and upgrades in the '24 Trailsport. I do drive offroad in deep soft sand on the NC Cape Hatteras beaches. No rust on it yet - amazing! If only my '06 were giving me some significant trouble...LoL! It's hard to let one go when it's still running like a top. Dang Hondas ;)

I've got a 2025. I had a 2022. I loved that truck until I started to love this truck and now I love this truck more. It's perfect for me. The ride is awesome, it hauls what I need, it'll get through what I've needed to get through. The AWD in Honda can't be beat and no one can deny it. Functionality - 97%. we'll leave the other 3% to the guys that like to climb the kinks of hills that'll flip you onto your roof. It's going to be a great 1100 mile drive to Colorado this month.

V6 3.5L All Wheel Drive. Enough said. The Ridgeline is the most misunderstood truck on the market.

FYI I am driving my 2nd Ridgeline 2019, the first one was 2009, and it still running with 360k on it. Please do a review when they come up with PHEV on Ridgeline. That's the time I want to replace my 2019 with PHEV, if they are good.

Beautiful truck. Good presentation. I'm between choosing a Tundra, Ford, or Honda pickup truck. Still doing research.

How would a true hybrid version in maybe 2026-2028 make you all feel.
Living in a mid sized American city, the MPG is huge. I have a 2020 CRV and I can’t see a reason to decrease my MPG for just alittle more towing and a tail

25MPG is actually 9.41 L/100km and it is actually one of the best in this category 😀

It was once THE MOST EXPENSIVE mid-size truck. Now compare the Black Edition trim at $48K MSRP (US) with the Tacoma Limited at $55K and financially, it is a no-brainer. Well, they are being discounted $3-$5K as we speak. Plans never survive fist contact with the enemy. Toyota will figure it out though. I wish Honda all the best too.

The Ridgeline is by far the best pickup on the market. It's the Goldilocks of trucks... Not too big, not too small but sized to do what 95% of all truck owners need. It hauls 4x8 sheets of building material flat in the bed. And let's be honest, nobody takes a $50k new truck off road. That is reserved for owner 2 or 3.

I had two choices between 24 Toyota Tacoma Off Road and 24 Toyota Tacoma SR5. Wow! 25% markup from the outgoing 23!

My next two choices were 2024 Ridgeline RTL and 2023 Ridgeline RTL HPD.
2024 Ridgeline 43, 900 with 4.9% interest rate?
2023 Ridgeline RTL HPD 38, 500 with 0.9% interest rate?
🤔
