Do you love or loathe the CVO models from Harley Davidson? In this video, I take a few minutes and discuss some of the features that directed me toward my recent decision of buying a 2021 Street Glide CVO. What do you think about the CVO models?

Sweet ride! Love the color. I probably should have done that math when I was shopping my RGS. haha. My wish list of parts I'm sure will push the total cost invested in the bike past what the CVO version would have cost me. Oh well. We'll just keep that part quiet.

Those CVO's are AWESOME, but out of my price range.
I'll say one thing for sure, and that's every time I see a CVO somewhere, there's always a crowd around it commenting how beautiful it is and how much they'd love to have one.
You're right in your comment that if the things that come with a CVO are in your "Gotta Have" list, then the added price is worth it.

All the financial aspects from the beautiful standard H-D bikes to the CVO extras is one significant reason why I ride my 2020 H-D ULTRA LIMITED CVO. I’m over 22, 000 miles, Let’s ride dude!

I've looked at the CVO and just can't do it, most o the stuff I'd want would be aftermarket anyway, even with the CVO I would want new bars, pipes, tuning, cam, seat, and other stuff

You know you made the right decision when you don’t want to get off the bike. I couldn’t be happier with my 21 street glide special. The cvo was a stretch for me dollar wise but wanted it.

I am contemplating on purchasing the very same bike later this year. I was also thinking of getting the Street Glide you looked at first also. CVO's are expensive, but if I purchase a Street Glide Special and get all the add ons I want, around $18, 000, in the end you have a Street Glide Special worth about $27K or so. In essence when you sell or trade in that bike, your trading in a Special VIN, not a CVO and the dealership isn't going to give you what you have put in it.

I am very happy for you it sounds like you got the bike you wanted. It is harder to find the bike you want these days due to Covid and the factory slowdowns. Post some pictures on Instagram as you’re proceeding with your mods it’s always fun to see what others are doing

Ty you don't & shouldn't have to explain why you purchase any kind of a bike, its your bike and you got what made sense to you, I personally like all the standard features that come with the CVO and if its in your price range then go for it, when I bought my ultra limited they had a CVO sitting there and i really wanted it, but was out of the cards for me, maybe some day.

In regards to your exhaust, there are a few companies that make aftermarket headers that work with the factory heat shields along with baffle inserts that fit directly with your stock mufflers. Fuel moto and Full sac are the name of the company’s. Since you mufflers are that bronze color this would be a great option. Nice CVO dude!🤘🏾🤩
