Summer homework is stupid it's called summer break. I know most of us don't work on a farm anymore but as a kid it felt like a prize for working hard and a kick in a gut when a teacher give out a ton of work even if it would of been a hour a day.

Changing majors can be a tough decision, but sometimes it's necessary. Summer homework can be a real buzzkill, especially when it cuts into relaxation time.

How to sleep 8 hrs in 4 hrs (done by a college student):

Step 1: Ensure you can crash instantly. Further steps will not work as well if this step fails.

Srep 2: Set Alarm for 3.5 hrs from sleep time.

Step 3: Set second Alarm for 4 hrs from sleep time.

Step 4: Place Alarm somewhere where you will have to get up and walk to Alarm to turn it off.

Step 5: Go to sleep.

This is a genuine trick I use. Works great for about 3 days straight. Then it slowly looses effectiveness. The idea is that the 3.5 hr Alarm will wake you up, then you walk to the Alarm, turn it off, then get 30 minutes of half asleep time before the 4 hr Alarm wakes you fully. Plus, depending on how long your sleep cycle is normally, this should awaken your body on or around the tail end of your 5th round of REM. Great for waking up well rested, cause you aren't interrupting your deep sleep part of your sleep cycle.

I had to read two books over the summer for AP English in 9th Grade: _Lord of the Flies_ and another book of my choice from two that had been selected by the school. I finished LotF in one night (unintentionally failed to internalize any of it), and never finished the other book. Not long after, I remembered I had signed up for _regular_ English, not AP.

i wana be a teacher just to do shit like, make the answers random then make it be C 7 times on a multiple answer question and then one B and then back to the C's, and walk up to someone and say "remember class to read the questions carefully", and make sure to make that one socially awkward kid do a presentation and make group projects of 3 so the friend group of 4 cant be together etc
