To clean my air fryer tray I put in the sink when cool & spray with vinegar & let sit for at least 10 mins. Then clean as normal with hot soapy water! Always works for me. I clean my oven with vinegar & dish soap too.

Just bought the little black seeds. I have the same cholesterol situation. Hope the work for you, and me, too. Thanks for the recommendation.

I am not a fan of Cumin. Is black cumin any different?

I love the grill mats. I use them in my air fryer all the time. What a mess saver

Aside from the dietary effect of that much salt (1 Tbsp) in the beans, NEVER salt dried beans until they have been cooked...if you use salt at all. Salt toughens the bean skin. A pinch or more of baking soda in the beans, on the other hand, softens them beautifully!

I started my hubby on daily Black Cumin several months ago. I purchased a small amount from Aroma Depot (also an excellent organic source) and grind a small amount in a coffee grinder to add to every dish I serve to him. He loves it!

Love the information on ‘black seeds’ I had some for some recipe but never knew about the health benefits. I always save the grinders from Trader Joe’s pepper blends and reuse them. My husband has a ton of different blends for table seasoning his food to his liking

Do you need to rinse the Quinoa flakes prior to use?

A source for seaweed. Maine Coast Sea Vegetable are unbelievable. Check out their site. I’ve used them for years. The reason that Maine has such clean water...the Labrador current. Icy cold clean water. I grew up on the upper Maine coast. Kombu is kelp. Whole food carries Maine Coast Seaweed at their markets in the East. MCSV also sells bulk and a ton of varieties. Their seaweeds are certified organic.
