My first thought is, I wonder if I could make money off another pandemic?
Eh, probably not, maybe if I had money for stocks and bought after it fell, course, just cause it falls doesn't mean it will rise.

Could stock up on supplies that seem to run out during pandemics and try selling them, but again, investment money, and who knows 'when or the severity of the next pandemic

Second thought is I'm always glad for the small stockpile of long lasting foods,
'Just in case of food shortages, though wasn't a problem last time in the location I lived.
Food costs 'did seem to rise and have not 'noticeable gone down, to my knowledge.

2:11 this made me think for a sec, we should be keeping more than ourselves healthy and safe. It’s hard to be proactive with these things so maybe we really should be using ai to not only learn humans but a lot of the planets differences could be assisted or helped even in our absence. It would be hard to control but it’s not about control and that might turn it the opposite way. We’re probably approaching it wrong anyway, i don’t think we should beat the model into alignment but teach more like a child and share it understanding more than restricting it’s thought and movement to each interaction. Living isn’t different than a robot, it’s just that the robot doesn’t have freedom or a mind and the ai is basically the mind to the body. I got some ideas but probably won’t be validated until 50 years from now lol imagine aliens aren’t separated by distance but difference and we may connect like through understanding rather than traveling. What i mean by that is that we can entangle with the planet and these aliens until they aren’t alien to us but what about differences that can’t be supported by our universe currently. Other life and even non living things are found because we are shared difference in the form of light and we measure to find relatives. So what if the aliens aren’t relative yet but we gotta understand and accept before they show up or are respected as such. This flu though… ai researchers and scientists can help.

do you think it may be possible that you might have several misconceptions ? As a European, I'm not a big proponent of pasteurization. In fact studies have shown that elimination of commensal bacteria provides great breeding grounds for the very lethal pathogens you are afraid of to begin with. You wash your eggs and pasteurize everything and end up with tb, mrsa, ecoli etc... we don't, and seldom had a dysbiosis.
