Next stop on our European adventures was Athens!! We LOVED Athens with its diverse (plant based/ vegan) food options and rich history. With only 2 days, we managed to squeeze in the temple of Hephaestus, the theatre of Dionysis, the Acropolis/parthenon, and much much more. The only con was the heat, but thats why we're headed to Milos next (;
