One of the most important lessons of personal style 🤍

One of the most important lessons you can learn in life is that everyone is going to have an opinion, as they have the right to. ☝🏻

However that does not mean that you have to take their opinions on as your own. Because if you do, you will be swamped and ultimately lose all sense of yourself.

To know when and when not to let opinions penetrate and merge with your own beliefs is an art.

In general, when it comes to opinions on clothes and fashion, I would suggest a polite “thank you for your input” and still just wear exactly what you want. 👏🏻

You are the expert of your own unique personal style. No one can tell you that there are rights or wrongs in how you chose to dress. There is no rule book. 🤷🏼‍♀️
