Gisele Pelicot’s ex-husband found guilty of rape and sentenced to 20 years

A French court has sentenced the husband of Gisele Pelicot to a maximum of 20 years after finding him guilty of rape.

All 51 men were found guilty in the French mass rape trial, collectively being sentenced to more than 400 years in prison.

Ms Pelicot received cheers from supporters as she emerged from the courthouse following the verdict.
