Secretary Blinken says Hamas is responsible for prolonging war with Israel

Speaking in Doha after meeting with Qatari officials, U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken said "the war will go on" after Hamas failed to agree to cease-fire proposals that were "virtually identical" to a deal that Hamas put forward in early May.
