Here in Mumbai no tree left, only concrete jungle 😢

Try rain harvesting, less cement and asphalt roads, more ground unexposed, more trees, more greenery, less emission, more ecological changes, etc etc. Scientists are the answer to some of these.

I just had this talk last week, nobody wants to be outside anymore. It wasn’t long ago you could easily do that

Everyday, every single day, I'm forced to self-introspect, where are we heading to, environmentally. And, believe me, this is just the begining.

More and more plants and trees can cool down temperature. Our room with balcony with 100 plants ( some of are really big) is far comfortable than the room with no balcony and plants. In fact afternoon is also felt soothing.Whenever we go through a road full of trees both sides much comfortable than a barren road in the same path.

Heat doesn't affect everyone. The ultra rich are always exempt. They have AC homes and AC cars.

Life is more important than anything else. So
it is my humble request to keep all the construction work at halt as labourers don't have access to luxuries of ac etc.

PS - also I request to reduce the use of AC as it emits more heat outside.
Instead plant more saplings

What we can do about the world is a different story, but there is something that we can do to adapt. I'm overweight, and was feeling too hot even if I took 4-6 flights of stairs but recently I started going on walks (~6km/hr) in the morning, avoiding sugar, lost around 3 kgs, it's minimal but I don't feel too hot anymore and on a path to losing more weight.

Human greed is the major problem. Greedy super rich industrialist and celebrities promoting consumption & increasing carbon emission.

Only solution is a big rainforest in every city, along rail routes, along all expressways. But our politicians in Mumbai love cement jungle and deep corrupt pockets.

Despite knowing this, the government does nothing to stop construction and road making with concrete. Trees are getting cut indiscriminately andn hills and mountains are getting cut as well.

The only way for us to ensure our survival is to decrease the population (having one or no child), adopt plant-based diets ☘️, and reduce unnecessary luxuries and consumption.

Extreme weather is the new normal. Desertification could advance in a multidimensional way worldwide. Walls of Houses may be insulated with a new anti-heat modulating materials such as clay to natural cool interior temperatures of modern homes that have airconditioning systems. Leafy, tall trees planted around buildings can be handy too.

Its really hot 🥵 and it's not safe at all. Even cooler is failing to cool. Now we are left with AC only.
