For this part of his life maybe Sena and Yamaç were great. He looks happy and I mean that generally as a person, more carefree. But if I had to be honest, I don't think they would have made it if Sena hadn't died. Their love always felt more like a romcom and very out of place for a show like Çukur. The man went through so much loss and trauma it became impossible for him to stay that naive, optimistic and hopeful young man that we saw in episode 1. I don't think Sena would've been able to love Yamaç from season 3.

Efsun on the other hand wouldn't have fallen for Yamaç of episode 1. What attracted her to Yamaç was his wounded soul because she loved healing people. Yamaç fell for her because she was the only one who managed to ease the torment that he was in. In her arms Yamaç always looked so serene and peaceful, a calmness he never had before. The love that they had felt more real, and spoke to the very soul of what Çukur was all about. The kind of love that could pass any and all tests. There was something raw about their relationship and the way they gravitated towards each other despite it all. It was a mature kind of love but they still had those childish moments. It was a love that was founded on killing just to protect each other, getting revenge, fighting countless men all alone just to get to her, risking it all to save her and their child, locking himself in a cage to help her through her addiction while fighting his own demons and panicking when he calls her name and she doesn't answer. I prefer Efyam because the little suprises and romcom romance may be nice, but I want the guy who's at my side through the dark sh*t, the hard parts, the one that picks me up when I don't have the strength to do it myself. That's the relationship that can survive anything imo.

These were different loves at different points in his life. They were both what he needed at the time he met them but nobody stays the same, especially not after going through the sh*t Yamaç went through.
