Operating and Controlling Mouse using finger gesture (OpenCV (C api) and C++)

I made this program for mouse controlling (including Left , right click).
I played snooker using finger gesture , write some text on notepad using On-Screen keyboard with finger gesture , drag files into folder and then perform copy and paste operation on that folder.

bro im from colombia and i want to know if it is possible to use open cv to controll a web site, i mean make a program that can recognize your finger or hand and it could work as a mouse, and run over a website previously opened
